Tom and his team are great from quote to finished product! I highly recommend! Deerbrook redid our chimney a few years ago. The quote was fair, the work started on time as planned, and he even finished a day early! 100% would hire again.

Tom his team of pros completely transformed the curb appeal, safety, and function of our home with their installation of our new driveway and steps. Our previous drive had sunk about 4 inches below grade, became severely cracked and created a pond with every hard rain… and an ice rink in the winter. Needless to say, it had to go. I received several quotes and no one came close to delivering the same level of quality and care for the price. Tom walked me through Deerbrook’s approach to mitigating the negative effects of the cheapened concrete products available these days, and I was sold. I really can't say enough great things about Tom and Deerbrook Construction. From the moment you meet him you can tell he is a stand up guy. Tom was quick to respond and very accommodating to our schedule. He quickly identified the problems with our subfloor and outline how we needed to fix them, what the time table for the work would be, and the price. He arrived promptly and got to work right away. He was done quicker than we expected and we couldn't be happier with the results. He even volunteered to answer any questions our tile installer may have about preventing cracking in the future.
