Tom and his team are great from quote to finished product! I highly recommend! Deerbrook redid our chimney a few years ago. The quote was fair, the work started on time as planned, and he even finished a day early! 100% would hire again.

I recently had my driveway replaced by Deerbrook Construction Company. I had four estimates Tom from Deerbrook was the only person who gave me solid information based on concrete information. Tom is very well educated in the concrete business! He was easily accessible when I had questions and he was always kind. His crew is exceptional! They treated me with respect, and they were very polite. They even helped move big rocks that were difficult for us to move. I am so glad we hired Deerbrook! I have recommended them to many of my neighbors. They are a good company!

Tom his team of pros completely transformed the curb appeal, safety, and function of our home with their installation of our new driveway and steps. Our previous drive had sunk about 4 inches below grade, became severely cracked and created a pond with every hard rain… and an ice rink in the winter. Needless to say, it had to go. I received several quotes and no one came close to delivering the same level of quality and care for the price. Tom walked me through Deerbrook’s approach to mitigating the negative effects of the cheapened concrete products available these days, and I was sold. Almost a year has passed and the driveway still looks brand new - zero signs of aging. Looking forward to working with Deerbrook for any and all of my future projects.

I really can't say enough great things about Tom and Deerbrook Construction. From the moment you meet him you can tell he is a stand up guy. Tom was quick to respond and very accommodating to our schedule. He quickly identified the problems with our subfloor and outline how we needed to fix them, what the time table for the work would be, and the price. He arrived promptly and got to work right away.
