Commercial Concrete Restoration

I’m very pleased with my driveway, stamped bordered tinted patio and walkway. Tom, owner of Deerbrook, was very accommodating and quite knowledgeable. When confused and undecided about patio tinting, Tom suggested that I view his aunt’s patio to help with a decision. ( It was lovely and I admired the dark stamped border.) Tom’s crew was a group of kind, courteous and thoughtful workers. Deerbrook Construction gets 5 stars from me.

Removal of asphalt drive, and replacement with concrete. Add in a sidewalk and poured steps. This crew was great. Professionally done. I will recommend to family and friends.

We had our driveway sidewalk and our pathway to our house redone by Deerbrook construction and I must say they did a wonderful job. They were very detailed orientated. They used excellent products and trust me I did a lot of research on the Internet and they do use a very good product as far as cement and what they put in the cement and they took extra care when getting it all smooth out they did a great job. It looks really good. They go above and beyond when it comes To doing some work I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for cement work to be done you won’t be disappointed

Tom & crew provided exceptional service. We were rushed to get our driveway redone before winter last year. We were accommodated within the timeframe we were hoping for and our driveway looks amazing! We’ll be using Deerbrook for future projects. Reasonable pricing and great results. I’d definitely recommend!

Tom his team of pros completely transformed the curb appeal, safety, and function of our home with their installation of our new driveway and steps. Our previous drive had sunk about 4 inches below grade, became severely cracked and created a pond with every hard rain… and an ice rink in the winter. Needless to say, it had to go. I received several quotes and no one came close to delivering the same level of quality and care for the price. Tom walked me through Deerbrook’s approach to mitigating the negative effects of the cheapened concrete products available these days, and I was sold. Almost a year has passed and the driveway still looks brand new - zero signs of aging. Looking forward to working with Deerbrook for any and all of my future projects.

Tom and his team did a great job fixing the concrete foundation in our garage and re levelling it. I would recommend them for any major jobs. The detail and the work and even the cleanup is perfect.

Excellent results in replacing our entire driveway. Effective communication and coordination. Completed on budget and on-time. All around outstanding experience.

Best experience with a construction company ever! Deerbrook provided very helpful insights regarding our project and the patio came out much better than we had hoped for. They helped us create a great outdoor space!

Absolutely thrilled with the work from Tom and Deerbrook Construction ! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and clearly took pride in what they do. The quality of the concrete work exceeded my expectations, and the finished product looks fantastic. They showed up when they said they would, kept everything clean and organized, and paid attention to the little details. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality concrete work. Great people, great work, and a great experience!

Tom and his crew were really professional, accurate, and timely. Everything they did was perfection. Our driveway is a show piece thanks to them and everyone compliments the work, look and feel. They are on my shortlist for any job needed in the future.

I could not be any happier with my new patio from Deerbrook Constuction. It is Beautiful! Tom is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He took his time explaining various options and was very patient with all my questions. I was looking for a smooth surface to walk barefoot on and chose a Hand Trowel finish - so easy on the feet! The crew showed up on time as scheduled and were very courteous and professional. Thank You Deerbrook, I love my patio!

I recently had my driveway replaced by Deerbrook Construction Company. I had four estimates Tom from Deerbrook was the only person who gave me solid information based on concrete information. Tom is very well educated in the concrete business! He was easily accessible when I had questions and he was always kind. His crew is exceptional! They treated me with respect, and they were very polite. They even helped move big rocks that were difficult for us to move. I am so glad we hired Deerbrook! I have recommended them to many of my neighbors. They are a good company!

Tom and his crew did a great job and I felt they were pouring the new driveway as if it was their own. Tom also feels like a friend now.

We couldn't be happier with the work Deerbrook Construction did on our home! Tom and his team were professional, reliable, and always showed up when they said they would. The quality of their work is outstanding, and it's obvious they take a lot of pride in everything they do. They built us a beautiful new patio that has quickly become our favorite part of the house. We've already spent so much time out there, and it completely transformed our backyard. They also installed a brand-new driveway, which gave our home an instant facelift and added so much curb appeal. On top of that, they completely redid the inside of our garage, and it looks incredible. Every project was completed with exceptional attention to detail, and the finished results exceeded our expectations. Tom was great to work with throughout the entire process. He genuinely cares about the quality of his work and making sure his customers are happy. We truly feel like these improvements have added value to our home. If you're looking for an honest, dependable contractor who delivers amazing results, I highly recommend Tom and Deerbrook Construction. We would absolutely hire them again. Five stars!

The owner, Tom Capizzo, is one of the nicest contractors I worked with on my building project. He was polite, on time and did exactly what he promised. I would highly recommend Deerbroook Contruction.

They poured a foundation for my shed last summer and did an amazing job. They came out when they said they were, they didn't over charge me, and they even cleaned up afterwards. Plus, the finish product turned out beautiful. Thanks again boys!

I really can't say enough great things about Tom and Deerbrook Construction. From the moment you meet him you can tell he is a stand up guy. Tom was quick to respond and very accommodating to our schedule. He quickly identified the problems with our subfloor and outline how we needed to fix them, what the time table for the work would be, and the price. He arrived promptly and got to work right away. He was done quicker than we expected and we couldn't be happier with the results. He even volunteered to answer any questions our tile installer may have about preventing cracking in the future. If you are looking for very professional company with amazing results look no further.

Deerbrook Construction completed our driveway today. It looks fantastic. They were professional from start to finish, despite my posting a bad review when the project was delayed. I can't say enough good things.
